"After a long search, I was very happy to find The Preserve at Canyon Ridge, with several factors contributing to my decision. Unlike "mass-builders," floor-plans here can be customized to be exactly what you want, without sacrificing competitive pricing. The location is quiet, with mountain views and good lot sizes, yet still inside the city limits of Canton and convenient to shopping, restaurants and I-575. I can sit on my back deck and watch the sunrise over the mountains every day of the year. Add low Cherokee County taxes, a great pool and nice neighbors, with HOA dues that are only a fraction of nearby ultra-strict mega-communities; it was an easy decision."

"My wife and I moved to The Preserve almost two years ago. We have been extremely pleased with the decision we made. The subdivision is a very peaceful and safe neighborhood and we have been impressed with the friendliness of the neighbors. We were impressed with the types of the homes available and the different floor plans we could choose from. We were able to make changes in the floor plan that better suited our needs. We would recommend to anyone looking for a new home to investigate all the Preserve has to offer."

"The neighborhood is home, and the people make it even better. Quiet, serene, and I can walk my dog at midnight without any concern.

The house was perfect for my needs. I almost purchased [a home] in another development close-by, but my heart led me to the Preserve. I've lived here for 15 months and have no regrets about my decision. I work hard, as most do in our neighborhood to maintain a good curb appeal.

I've lived in Atlanta my whole life, from Buckhead to Canton, the city is well run, and any requests for services are quickly addressed."

The Preserve at Canyon RidgeI take pride in caring for my property and so do my neighbors

"The Preserve at Canyon Ridge is a wonderful place to live. We are very pleased with the quality of our home's construction and the fact that all of the houses are a little unique. The homes are built by a local builder, not some national company spitting out cookie cutter buildings. An added bonus, that you can't put a price tag on, is our friendly neighbors. This is truly a community where neighbors look out for, help and have fun with each other. It's a special place and we're glad to call it home."

"We have lived at the Preserve at Canyon Ridge for two years after moving from PA. We considered Soleil, Lake Arrowhead and several other places, but the people at The Preserve were willing to make changes to the original plans that we desired. We are far enough away from the traffic in Canton, but shopping and other activities are within easy commuting distance. Reinhardt University and all its cultural events is only a ten-minute drive away. We have social events with our neighbors, and everyone is friendly and willing to help each other. We have a number of seniors living here which is great for us. We have a view of the mountains and woods behind our house. With the expected opening of Phase II in 2020, there will be many more lots available to build on. All in all, it is a good place to live."
